Maison Høps is an artesenal beer cellar located in the heart of Orleans, France. In addition to serving up local brews, they feature a menu of rotating, seasonal small plates.

SASMINIMUM worked with Maison Høps to create custom countertops for their bar, fusing their allegiance to small businesses with their corporate commitment to sustainability.
